Quick answers
Lost access to my phone number. Email hello@pijhoon.com from the email address bound to your account (if you bound one) with your Pijhoon display name and roughly when you signed up. We will walk you through verification and update the phone on the account.
I want to delete my account. Email hello@pijhoon.com from a phone or email tied to the account. Deletion processes within the timelines required by GDPR / CCPA / PIPL (typically up to 30 days). Account data is removed; routine Supabase backups age out within 7–30 days.
Someone is harassing me / abusing the Bomb feature. Email hello@pijhoon.com with screenshots, the other user's display name, and roughly when it happened. For anything immediately dangerous, contact local emergency services first, then tell us.

Push notifications are not working. Open iOS Settings → Pijhoon → Notifications, make sure Allow Notifications is on. If you toggle Push Notifications off in Pijhoon Settings → Preferences then back on, the device token re-registers.
